Iron Hill/Data & privacy

Your data, handled plainly.

We teach AI safety for a living, so this page practices what we present: where your data lives, what it is used for, and what we never do with it — in plain language.

01 / The principles

Six things that are
always true.

It stays yours

Your contacts, records, messages, and history are your business’s property — before, during, and after working with us. Full stop.

Used only to run your workflows

AI touches your data for exactly one purpose: doing the work you hired it for — drafting your follow-ups, logging your touches, booking your calendar.

Never sold, never shared for marketing

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising. Your customer list is not a product.

Access limited to the job

During integration and support, our team sees only what the work requires — and you always know what we are connected to.

Leaving is clean

If you stop working with us, you keep everything. We disconnect, you carry on with your tools and your data intact.

You stay in control

What the AI can touch, what it sends, and what it sounds like is configured with you — it is your brand voice and your call, always.

Specific tooling and data flows vary by engagement — what connects to what is documented for you during integration, and you can ask us anything about it in plain language, anytime.

02 / Why we care this much

Safety is literally
on our syllabus.

We run in-person presentations on using AI without leaking your data or trusting the wrong output. Holding ourselves to the same standard isn’t a policy add-on — it’s the product. If you want the deeper version for your team or industry group, that’s a session we run.

03 / Questions

Ask us anything.

Data questions deserve straight answers before you sign anything. Bring them to the free consult.
