Your contacts, records, messages, and business information remain your property before, during, and after the engagement.

We use the information needed to deliver the work you ask us to do. The purpose and connected tools are discussed during scoping.

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data for advertising.

Access during development, integration, and support is limited to what the work requires. The connected systems and permissions should be clear to you.

We discuss exports, system access, and disconnection as part of the handoff. Your business keeps its records.

Permissions, review steps, and the actions a workflow can take are configured with you.

The contact form asks for your name, email, and project message, with optional company and area of interest. We use that information to respond to your enquiry.

The website uses Cloudflare to serve the site and check form submissions for abuse. When the form is enabled, Resend delivers the enquiry by email to Iron Hill. These providers process the information needed for those functions.

Please do not send passwords, confidential datasets, patient information, or other sensitive records through the enquiry form. We can agree on an appropriate way to exchange project materials later.
