Iron Hill/Education & presentations

We show up
and teach it.

AI is moving fast and most people are getting their picture of it from hype and headlines. We come to you — your team, your chamber of commerce, your industry group — and teach it straight, in plain language, for groups large and small.

01 / The lectures

Three core talks.

These are our anchor lectures — each stands on its own or runs as a series. Every one is delivered live and in person, and tailored to the room.

01 · Foundational

Safety in the AI Era

What’s real, what’s hype, and how to use AI without leaking your data or trusting the wrong output. The risks explained plainly, with practical guardrails anyone can follow — the right starting point for most audiences.

02 · Practical

How to Use AI

A hands-on working session: the tools that matter, how to prompt them well, and the daily habits that actually stick. People leave able to use AI on Monday, not just talk about it.

03 · Advanced

Advanced AI for Power Users

For teams already past the basics. Agents, automations, chaining tools together, and building workflows around AI — the deeper techniques that separate dabbling from real leverage.

Beyond these three, we cover a wide variety of AI topics and tailor talks to specific fields and industries — for audiences from a single team to a full community or conference hall. Tell us your group and we’ll shape the session to fit.

02 / Beyond the lectures

Hands-on, and
specific to you.

The talks set the foundation. These are the working sessions that turn understanding into something your business can act on.

01

Tech demos & focused tutorials

Live walkthroughs of real tools on real tasks — and short, focused tutorials zeroed in on the specific things your team needs to do. No abstract slides; actual screens, actual work.

02

Building diagnostics

We sit with your operation and map where AI genuinely fits — and where it honestly doesn’t. You leave knowing what’s worth automating, what isn’t, and why.

03

Project recommendation guides

A written, prioritized plan of the highest-leverage AI projects for your business — sequenced by impact and effort, so you know exactly where to start and what comes next.

04

Tailored to your field

Trades, clinics, retail, professional services — the examples, the tools, and the workflows are drawn from your industry, not a generic deck.

03 / Who it’s for

Any room,
any size.

Individual teams & businesses

On-site sessions for your staff, scoped to how your business works and the tools you use.

Chambers of commerce & business groups

Talks that give a whole local business community a grounded, hype-free picture of AI at once.

Industry & trade associations

Field-specific sessions built around the realities and regulations of your industry.

Conferences & larger events

Keynote-style lectures for large audiences, scalable to the size of the hall.

04 / What a session is like

Plain talk, real
examples, no fluff.

However we shape it, every session shares the same DNA — the things that make people actually leave with something.

01

Jargon-free, always

No buzzwords, no hand-waving. We explain what AI is and isn’t in language a room of non-technical people can follow — and respect.

02

Examples from your world

The demos and use cases come from your industry and the tools you actually use, not a generic slide deck recycled from a tech conference.

03

Hands-on, not just watching

Where it fits, people use the tools themselves during the session — the fastest way to turn “interesting” into “I can do this.”

04

Honest about the limits

We’re as clear about what AI gets wrong and where it’s risky as we are about what it does well. Hype helps no one.

05 / Formats & logistics

Shaped to your
room and time.

A lunch-and-learn and a half-day workshop are different animals. We scope the format to your audience, your time, and your goal.

Short talks & lunch-and-learns

A focused 30–60 minute lecture to give a group a grounded picture of AI fast — ideal for a team meeting or an association event.

Half-day & full-day workshops

Deeper, hands-on sessions that move from understanding to doing — people leave with tools set up and habits started.

Multi-session series

The three core talks (or a custom track) run as a progression over weeks — foundational, practical, then advanced.

Keynotes & large events

Lecture-style sessions scaled to a conference hall, tailored to the event’s theme and audience.

On site, where you are

We’re based in Philadelphia and travel for in-person sessions — tell us where and we’ll sort the logistics.

06 / What you walk away with

Understanding you
can act on.

A talk that’s forgotten by Friday is worthless. Depending on the session, you leave with tangible things in hand.

/

A building diagnostic

A clear read on where AI genuinely fits in your operation — and, just as honestly, where it doesn’t.

/

A project recommendation guide

A written, prioritized plan of your highest-leverage AI projects, sequenced by impact and effort so you know exactly where to begin.

/

A team that’s no longer afraid of it

The quiet win: people who were anxious or skeptical leave curious and capable — the real unlock for any business adopting AI.

07 / Common questions

Before you book.

Who are these sessions for?+
Any group that wants a grounded, hype-free understanding of AI — a single team, a chamber of commerce, an industry association, or a conference audience. We tailor the depth and examples to who’s in the room, from total beginners to power users.
Do we need to be technical?+
Not at all. Our foundational and practical talks are built specifically for non-technical audiences — plain language, real examples, zero assumptions. The Advanced AI session is the one aimed at people already comfortable with the basics.
Can you tailor a talk to our industry?+
Yes — that’s the default, not an extra. Beyond the three core lectures we cover a wide range of AI topics and draw the examples, tools, and workflows from your specific field, whether that’s trades, healthcare, retail, or professional services.
How big can the audience be?+
Anywhere from a handful of people around a table to a full conference hall. Hands-on workshops work best for smaller groups; lecture-style talks scale to large audiences.
Do you travel?+
We’re based in Philadelphia and travel for in-person sessions. Tell us where you are and what you have in mind, and we’ll work out the logistics in the first conversation.
What does a session cost?+
It depends on format, length, and travel, so we scope it with you — and you’ll have the full number before committing. See how pricing works →
08 / Next step

Bring AI to
your group.
